Professional Statement

Sometimes when all the doors seem closed it becomes hard to dream. I believe therapy has the power to help us find an open door and begin to believe again. I work from a strengths-based perspective because I firmly believe in the power of positivity as well as every person's inherent ability to find and enact their own solutions.

I have worked with children of all ages in different settings and am inspired by their resiliency in some of the most challenging situations. I believe that every individual has a place within the family system and I work to integrate as many parts as possible to promote healthy families. I enjoy true family therapy and welcome the opportunity to invite multiple perspectives into the therapeutic space.
